A 30,000 square feet apartment in Mumbai has been sold at price of Rs 240 Crore (about £24 million. 

The apartment, a triplex penthouse, in Worli luxury tower in the financial capital of India was reportedly sold for Rs 240 crore (equivalent to £24 million) to industrialist and Welspun Group chairman BK Goenka. This is makes it one of the costliest apartment deals in India.
