Mehbooba Mufti to join Jammu & Kashmir leg of Bharat Jodo Yatra

Mehbooba Mufti, former Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir and the President of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party (JKPDP) has said that she will join the Kashmir leg of Bharat Jodo Yatra spearheaded by Rahul Gandhi. She said she has been invited by Rahul Gandhi to join the Yatra.  

After walking about 2800 km from Kanya Kumari on 7th September he reached Delhi on 24th December 2022. Currently, in Delhi, possibly, to spend time with his mother Sonia Gandhi for Christmas and New Year. He is scheduled to resume on 03 January 2023 from Kashmere Gate in Delhi for next leg of the Yatra for the remaining 448 kms to reach Srinagar in Jammu & Kashmir on 26 January 2023 where he will unfurl the national flag on Republic Day.

He has invited many leaders of political parties in opposition to join him.  

He seems to receiving good response and participation by the people. People across the board are admiring him for having strength to walk 3000 km.
